Fueling Your Body for Health & Hiking
Presenter: Dr. Heather Colleran, RDN, CSSD, LDN, CSCS
Dr. Colleran will present the importance of proper nutrition before, while, and after hiking and exercise. You will learn how to prevent dehydration, prevent muscle cramping, and be energized on the trail.
